Donald J. Trump and the Trump administration are the brown stuff floating in septic tank water and will go down as the worse, most corrupt, comprised and dishonest administration in American history. Trump is violating the emoluments clause by collecting foreign money at his hotels and properties. Trump’s trips to his properties are making him richer while draining taxpayer dollars from the public coffers. Our tax dollars pay for his trips to his properties. Trump has been given intelligent briefings on multiple times that the Russians interfered with the 2016 election, starting before he was elected. Trump still refuses to admit the Russians interfered with the 2016 election. Trump is a Russian mole who was compromised by the Russians and is doing Putin’s business. Trump the mole is attacking our democracy while Republicans protect him you cannot get any swampier than that. Some people give Trump the benefit of doubt that he does not want it to put a shadow on his election win the truth he does not want to go to jail, can you say lock him. Trump has not hired the best unless you mean the best at corruption and destruction. Trumps so called best people are carelessly spending taxpayer dollars as if they won the lottery. The rest are doing jobs they are not qualified for and are destroying the very departments they were assigned manage. Some are doing it willing others just do not have clue on what they are doing. When Trump said, drain the swap he meant, “We plan to drain the public coffers out of all the tax payers dollars we can get and destroy all departments that help the poor and the middle class”. Donald J. Trump and the Trump administration are the brown stuff floating in septic tank water and will go down as the worse, most corrupt, dishonest comprised administration in American history.

When clients tell Mercury Public Affairs, a consulting and lobbying shop with 18 offices worldwide, that they’re concerned about Donald Trump’s possible return to office, the firm has just the person to ease their nerves: Bryan Lanza.
Lanza, a Mercury partner and longtime Republican strategist, is well-suited to the task. In between client breakfasts in far-flung parts of the world, he serves as a senior adviser to Trump’s presidential campaign. So he’s a natural person to help clients understand how Trump’s positions on tariffs and other hot-button issues might play out in a second term, according to two Mercury colleagues who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss internal business dealings.
“He gives them assurances that there will be life after Nov. 5,” said one of the colleagues, referring to Election Day.
Lanza declined to comment through a Mercury spokesman. A Trump spokesman did not respond to questions.
Eight years after Trump entered politics promising to reduce the influence of Washington lobbyists — to “drain the swamp,” as he put it — advocates for corporate interests, including companies based in China and other foreign countries denounced by Trump, now sit at virtually every level of his campaign. Lobbyists are represented among high-level staff, informal advisers and party faithful who planned the summer convention in Milwaukee, as people with access to Trump or insight into his at-times erratic decision-making turn that knowledge into moneymaking opportunities.

President Donald Trump on Friday commuted the prison sentence of his longtime friend Roger Stone, who was convicted of crimes that included lying to Congress in part, prosecutors said, to protect the President. The announcement came just days before Stone was set to report to a federal prison in Georgia. Stone was convicted in November of seven charges -- including lying to Congress, witness tampering and obstructing a congressional committee proceeding -- as part of former special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation. Among the things he misled Congress about were his communications with Trump campaign officials -- communications that prosecutors said Stone hid out of his desire to protect Trump.

Lobbyists like David Urban, whose connections start at the very top, are thriving as they help the president’s re-election effort while aiding corporate clients.

WASHINGTON — The chief executive of the arms maker Raytheon, under pressure to overcome a congressional hold on major sales in the fall of 2018, wanted to sit down with one of the few people who could solve the problem — Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. But the State Department would not schedule the meeting. So Raytheon turned for help to David Urban, perhaps the best-connected lobbyist in President Trump’s Washington. Mr. Urban was a classmate at West Point of Mr. Pompeo and of Mark Esper, now the defense secretary, and was influential in recommending both men for administration posts. He has close ties to Mr. Trump, who credits him with having helped deliver a pivotal Election Day victory in Pennsylvania in 2016 and recently invited Mr. Urban to fly on Marine One with him to West Point. He has a long roster of blue-chip clients, including military contractors like Raytheon, whose chief executive got the meeting he wanted with Mr. Pompeo after Mr. Urban intervened on his behalf. It is not known precisely what Mr. Pompeo discussed with the Raytheon executive, but in a few months, the State Department had issued an emergency waiver that circumvented the congressional hold on the arms deals, allowing billions of dollars in Raytheon missiles and bombs to be sold to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. The department did not deny that Mr. Urban arranged the meeting but said the emergency waiver — now the subject of congressional and inspector general investigations — was consistent with American national security objectives.
