Republican States are violating the 4th Amendment and HIPAA laws by requesting medical information from other states.
One state cannot control what you do in another state and requesting medical information from other state is a violation of the 4^th Amendment and HIPPA laws.

Republican states who are requesting medical information from other states on people from their state who went to another state are violating both the 4th Amendment and HIPAA laws. States that give the information to Republican states are also violating the 4th Amendment and HIPAA laws. Republicans states are trying to regulate not only what you do in their state but any state you may wish to visit. What you do in one state legal or illegal is only legal or illegal in the state the act or acts where committed.

Seeking a person’s medical information from other states because someone went to another state is illegal and violation of the 4^th Amendment and HIPPA laws. What you do in one state is regulated by the laws of that state not the state you came from. Unless you bring something illegal into a state they have not control on what you do in another state.

Republicans claim they want small government but it is not small government when you want to control what people from your state do in another state. Republicans are using it for abortion now but you need to ask yourself what comes next?
